1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using property-in-bio.com (the "Service"), operated by Property-in-Bio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Accounts & Security
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at property.in.bio@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer the following subscription plans for Property-in-Bio:
- Starter: Free forever. Includes 1 bio page and 2 properties.
- Pro: $5 per month or $50 per year. Includes up to 50 properties, advanced analytics, and lead forms.
- Pro Plus: $10 per month or $100 per year. Includes unlimited properties, custom domains, and white-label branding.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, after which it will downgrade to the free Starter plan.
Except as outlined in our Refund Policy, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ▸Post fraudulent, misleading, or false property listings.
- ▸Impersonate another agent, broker, or real estate professional.
- ▸Scrape, copy, or harvest lead data or other user information.
- ▸Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited marketing to leads.
- ▸Violate any applicable real estate licensing or advertising laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms without refund.
5. Content Ownership
You own your content. By uploading property listings, photos, and bio information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload, including photos and property data.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service or your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you can close it in your dashboard settings or discontinue using the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use our Service, you agree to the new terms.
